Donna Composto, the founder of Mom’s Care Plan and the co-founder of the Kingwood Memory Cafe is a certified dementia practitioner with more than 20 years of experience and knowledge in senior living and care. Her dedicated guidance has provided direction and peace of mind to countless families with NO financial burden. Donna’s expertise is in defining a “care plan” for both now and later at no charge to families. Her compassion & commitment is not only from a professional perspective but also from her own personal experience. She is actively involved in her community and jointly directs, the Kingwood Memory Cafe a 501(c)(3) non profit corporation along with Barbara Hemphill of the Lake Houston Caregiver Support Group. Donna has served on committees for the Alzheimer’s Association Memory Walk, Amazing Place (Ending the Stigma of Dementia) Health Professionals Advisory Council and various Caregivers Conferences as well as memory support groups.
